Need Contact from DPHH Austin ASAP – Please help!

Maybe you guys can help us out?
We are Rick and Debra Lowery from Flower Mound, Texas. We moved here 3 and half years ago from Missouri. Anyway, we got an email from Deafnetwork about Austin’s New Year’s party on Dec 31st last summer and we paid 75 dollars each for us to attend this party in Austin. There was also supposed to be a mini deaf expo at the same hotel on Dec 30th where this party was supposed to be at….OMNI hotel in downtown Austin. I had heard not long ago that this party may have been canceled???? We are concerned about our money. We have reservations to stay at OMNI hotel….we wouldn’t want to arrive there finding the party has been canceled and we would be stuck with hotel bill.
I have been trying to get a hold of DPHH in Austin to no luck…noone is responding to us. Lately, I have been having problems in entering their websites. I wonder what is going on. Would you have any contacts to people who are with DPHH….like the “president” or whatever for us to contact to find out about this party?? 150 dollars is alot of money to loose!
I would appreciate if you take the time to let us know what is going on….thank you so much for your time.
