representative needs to know how to work with routers in order to do MVP/netbook installs.

Don’t forget to register for your Text Relay 10-digits numbers so you can keep on using IP Relay and i711 after the deadline of Nov. 12 imposed by FCC. The representative should be knowledgeable of our text relay programs and offer them to customers to fit their communication needs.
