VBS at Jesus Lutheran Church of the Deaf – Austin

Come join us at our annual Vacation Bible School, Power Lab:

Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power!

August 17 to 21, 2009. 8 AM to 12:30 PM.

Jeuss Lutheran Church of the Deaf, 1307 Newton Street, Austin, TX 78704

See what Jesus gives us the power to do – be thankful, help others, be
brave, live forever, and tell others about God!

We will have Bible Blast with ASL storytelling, Test Tube Treats with
yummy snacks, Wacky Crafts, Cinema Science with DVDs from Dr. Wonder’s
Workshop, and Hyperspeed games!

There will be MANY wild and crazy and messy science experiments, lab
costumes, goggles, beakers, and a whole lot FUN!

The cost is only $10 per child for the whole week for VBS.

We will also provide childcare in the afternoons from 12:30 to 5:30.
The cost will be $3 per hour for each child.

Please contact Jennifer Ceyanes, the VBS director, at
jenceytex@gmail.com if you want to send your children to VBS or if you
want to volunteer and help out.
