Now, December is here as the 12th month and the last month of this year
2009. As I know you all have been busy going shopping for Christmas, spend
time with your family and loved ones and probably going hunting..
I would like to notify all of you that the General Meeting on Friday,
December 18th is now CANCELLED. So, we will have the next General Meeting on
Saturday, January 23rd along with the Election Night.
I also would like to remind all of you that the DAD building will open at
7pm on Friday and Saturday nights and will close at 2am afterwards. We will
no longer to open DAD earlier before 7pm. Thanks for your cooperation and
understanding.
I am sure all of you were wondering what is going on with the patio awning
that we promised to build last month. Rick and I finally got the new
certified survey for the whole DAD (including parking, patio etc). As Rick
and I plan to go back to the City of Dallas this week to show the survey and
drawings of the new patio awning. Once when we receive the permit from the
City of Dallas, we will start to build right away. So, Rick and I have
agreed that we will try our best to have the patio awning to be fully
completed by December 31. Rick and I hope you will understand with patience
for the upcoming new patio awning at the DAD building.

As you know we will have our Christmas CINGO this coming Saturday night. I
hope all of you can come and have fun there. There is a charge of $15 per
person at the door.
DAD will be open on Christmas Night (December 25th) and Saturday, December
26th. Hope you can come by and enjoy there with us!
Also, we will host our New Year Eve Party on Friday, December 31st at DAD.

If you have any concern or question to ask, please come and see one of the
officers and board members in a timely way as you can.
We can listen and take your word so we can work on some changes around DAD
in a latter time.
