Volunteers In Training
We would like to encourage and invite the Deaf, hard of hearing and those
with sign language skills to join us May 22, 2010 for training at Lovers
Lane United Methodist Church so we may put together teams to serve in Haiti.
This is the first to our knowledge where d/Deaf will be trained to serve in
national and international disasters.
Join us as we go to Haiti to serve the deaf who have suffered so much and
are still in need.
Our additional goal is to also train the deaf so they can become trainers to
the deaf. Spreading the idea of service and ability through out the country.
Additional training is being planned in Arkansas for June so if you miss or
cannot make the May 22nd date watch for additional information on the
training course for June.
