Extreme Youth Camp

The mission of Extreme Youth Camp is to enrich the lives of Deaf, Hard of
Hearing, hearing youth. Self-esteem doesn’t come from somebody telling you
that you are good at something or that you are special. It comes from a
feeling of competence and really accomplishing something worthwhile.

This program will offer an intensive American Sign Language experience that
facilitates learning with recreational activities, and information on Deaf
culture. The camp is for Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth.CODA’S and hearing
youth who are interested in ASL are also welcome.

Limited Scholarships are available. We want every child to have the
opportunity to attend camp. If you need assistance please let us know.

Ages 6 to 18 years of age

Date: June 24-27, 2010

Cost: $200.00

Ok Where Is It? Cross Point Camp is located on a wooded peninsula surrounded
by the waters of beautiful Lake Texoma. All facilities are air-conditioned
and winterized.

The Extreme Youth camp will be open to youth from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas,
Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, and New Mexico.

Water Tubing, Paddle boats, Dance Class,
Climbing/Rappelling Tower, Challenge Course High Elements &
Challenge Course Low Elements
