strengthen their mentoring skills. Mentoring experiences will be discussed

MICHAEL MCMILLION is a Sign Language Interpreter, Consultant and Mentor. He
is currently employed as a Video Relay Interpreter. Mike holds a CI and CT
NIC-Master from RID and Texas level IV and Court certification. He has a
long background in K-12 Educational Interpreting, and has taught Deaf Ed at
the high school level and Interpreter Training as a college adjunct
instructor. He is a member of the Conference of Interpreter Trainers,
National Association of Judicial Interpreters and Translators, the
International Medical Interpreters Association, and is also a Mentor Trainer
for the TSID Fran Herrington-Borre Mentoring Project. Mike enjoys traveling,
and has presented trainings internationally.
