Obituary: Briseida Northrup

July 5 2010–July 12, 2010

Briseida DeLeon Saez Northrup of Ricardson, Tx went home to be with the Lord
on the night of July 3,2010, at UT Southwestern University Hospital, with
her husband beside her. She was born November 18, 1952 in Chitre’,
Panama.Brisy is survived by her husband of 31 yeara, William; son, Jason and
wife Kirsten of Temple, Tx; daughter, Deliahna Spencer and husband Rick of
Garland, Tx; stepdaughter, Michelle of Mesquite,Tx; granddaughters Madalyn
and Adelay; father Cesar Deleon Saez of Chitre,Panama; mother, Gladys
Sanchez and husband Alberto of Dallas,Tx; countless friends and so many
others whose lives she impacted.

She loved life and built a well-deserved reputation as a party starter. She
moved to the United States at the age of 18, and went on to become a
citizen. Brisy was a gifted audiologist, working most of career at the
Callier Center for Communication Disorder of the University of Texas at
Dallas. Her love of God and of people inspired her to use this training to
tirelessly serve the underprivileged hearing-impaired in her comunity and in
her home country of Panama.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010, 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Sparkman
Funeral Home, and Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 10, 2010 at
2:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Church,12123 Hillcrest Rd, Dallas.
