Dear Friends:
It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2010 Texas EHDI Summit. This
invitation is open to prenatal providers, newborn and outpatient hearing
screening program staff, pediatricians, primary care providers, nursing
staff, medical office managers, audiologists, otolaryngologists, parents and
extended family, early intervention program staff (deaf education and ECI
providers and administrators), child care providers and administrators,
private/public therapy providers, members of the Deaf Community and state
and local community partners.
It is our hope that those who function as a service point for families of
infants and toddlers navigating the complex system of care as well as
families themselves will join us. The Summit will provide an opportunity for
thoughtful discussions as we share the latest in new state initiatives now
underway designed to target improved systemic outcomes for all Texas
