“ Your Organization Here ” Fundraiser

I am excited to offer you the opportunity to use Willow House to raise funds
for your organization!! You will receive full 20% of Retail Sales (+ tax)
toward your Fundraiser. There are two ways to make use of this Fundraiser by
selling magazines at $20 and $30 + tax or A La Carte (beverage, dessert and
dip mix) at $22. We are offering everyone’s participation in this
fundraiser. With a little help from all, this single fundraiser has the
potential to bring in over $2,400 for your organization (Based on person
child selling 5 Magazines at $20 each).

1. Each person will be given a copy of order form to take home and share
with his or her parents, family, neighbors, and co- workers etc. to collect
orders. Each person will receive 20% of their sales to contribute toward
their portion of the Fundraiser. Customers may also make purchases using
Personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All orders
will be taken to the organization in the envelope provided and given to the
Fundraising Chairperson on the date we close the Fundraiser.

2. The A La Carte products will be shipped directly to the organization for
delivery to each customer at approximately 1-2 weeks. The magazine
subscription will be delivering directly to the customer’s home in 4-6 for
delivery. Please contact me to schedule your organization selling date. The
organization will receive a check after the organization is held.

Willow House has helped with several organizations: Klein Oilers Booster
Club, Metzler PTA, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Cut It Out, women
and children shelter, medical fund expenses and private organization. We
also are currently help funding with Miss Deaf Texas Pageant.
