Discussion/Action

A. Approve the Human Relations Commission 2009– 2010 Year End Report for
submission to the Mayor and Members of the City Council.

B. Authorize execution of a Fair Housing Assistance Program Cooperative
Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.

C. The Commission’s presentation on the positive outcome following the
incident at The Rainbow Lounge

D. The Commission’s response to the Mayor and Council request for an
alternative solution to the proposed elimination of CRD.
