VII. Executive Session

The Human Relations Commission may conduct a closed meeting in order to seek
the advice of its attorneys concerning any item listed on today’s Human
Relations Commission agenda under Section 551.071 of the Texas Government
Code or to deliberate personnel matters related to the appointment of a
Human Relations Administrator in accordance with Section 551.074 of the
Texas Government Code.
