Needed for a Research Study

Learn How To lmprove your Health!

How? watch ASL Health Education videos

* We are doing research to find better ways to inform the Deaf community
about important health issues. We will invite you to help us test this new
program; We will ask you questions about the video. Your answers will help
us make better programs and videos.

* One of the community Health Educators will do the program with you face to
face on the video phone.

* You can take parti n this program in the day time or at night.

* This is a free program. Plus, you will receive a small gift as a thank you
for participating in this program.
