Discrimination at Workplace Survey – Please Help!

My name is Mengcheng Wang and I am a researcher at Rice University in
Houston, TX. Our lab conducts research on stigma and discrimination in and
out of the workplace and we are currently looking at the experiences of
individuals with disabilities.

The survey is designed to assess the interpersonal experiences of people
with disabilities from their perspective, as well as the perspective of
supporters/caregivers/allies. Thus, anyone who has a disability or works or
lives closely with people with disabilities is eligible to participate.

The survey is located online at the following address:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6MT9GYS

We feel that this research is important in understanding and ameliorating
the negative treatment that individuals with disabilities face on a daily
basis and hope you can help us.

This research has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at Rice
University. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the
principle investigator, Dr. Michelle Hebl (hebl@rice.edu).

Thank you very much for your time!

I am writing a paper workplace discrimination. Can you tell me what you would suggest to use for follow-up surveys or tools to see if there has been a change in the work place.
