CAST ROLES:
Doris: Female in her 30s
A school administrator with an air of confidence that can be interpreted as arrogant or trying to prove she is in charge.
Doug: Male in his 30s to 40s
An assistant track coach.
Derek: Male in his teens
A high school student who is spoiled and used to getting his way all the time. The grandson of a millionaire who has a lot of influence. Expects to enter the state and national track competitions, even though his grades are not the best.
Trudy: Female in her 30s to 40s
The extremely professional, business-minded school board chair who is responsible for hiring an interim superintendent.
Jane: Female in her teens
A high school student who is very smart and studious. Her scholarship to CSUN may be jeopardized as a result of having being caught for plagiarism.
Jessica: Female in her 40s
The local gossip who always has the latest rumor ready to share.
