The Five Setps of Financial recovery after a Layoff

The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will participate in the annual
Financial Fitness Greater Austin (FFGA) the week of April 25-29, 2011. FFGA
is a public education and awareness campaign designed to help consumers
better manage personal finances.
Representatives with the AHFC’s Housing Smarts Housing Counseling Program
will provide two all day seminars for those who have been laid off or are at
risk of layoff; to assess and learn to manage their finances during
difficult times.
This year’s topic is: The Five Steps of Financial Recovery after a Layoff.
The two class days are: Wednesday, April 27th, at 1000 E. 11th St , Austin,
TX 78702 Room 400A
or Thursday at April 28th , at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas 1015
Norwood Park Blvd. Austin, TX 78753.
Class times are 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. each day.
These classes are sponsored by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation and is
open and free to public. To register in advance call 974-3100 or register

size is limited and registration is based on first come first served.
