Room for Rent – The Colony

Room for Rent

Location: The Colony, Texas (between Lewisville and Frisco)

The room is $400 a month and includes the use of the pool as well as the
kitchen. My daughter, Annie, is fluent in ASL and would be able to help
answer any questions.

Smoking – only outside of home.

Pet – case by case but prefer not.
