Western Interpreting Network is now hiring for professional, reliable,
ethical and certified interpreters to serve the Austin, San Antonio and
Dallas areas.
Western Interpreting Network, or WIN, is Texas’ premier deaf-owned
interpreting referral service. We pride ourselves in guaranteeing certified
interpreters and satisfactory experience. According to Bentley Fink,
Director of Interpreting, “Texas has a very large Deaf Community, rivaling
that of Washington, D.C., and it is only fitting that a Deaf-owned company

In addition to interpreting services, WIN offers workshops on topics such as
“How to work with an interpreter”, “Utilizing an interpreter in the
workplace”, and Deaf Culture sensitivity, to name a few.
“A lot of times Deaf people have difficulty integrating themselves into the
workforce due to communication barriers and often their potential is
untapped. Companies are also uneducated on how to appropriately accommodate
a Deaf employee on the job, and we are here to help educate them on ensuring
that their communication needs are met.” Fink continues.
Fink adds: “It is only through constant education streams that we are able
to attain these steps towards the absence of fear, which leads to increased
independence. Empowering the individuals with the tools and knowledge of
their rights gives people the courage to make changes for themselves and
