Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc (CSD) is seeking an
experienced, dynamic leader who is a strategic thinker, effective
manager and communicator with excellent business sense and finance
skills to fill the Executive position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This position is responsible for the overall financial and budgetary
functions of CSD, which includes planning and supervision of all
accounting activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general
ledger, investments, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, employee
benefits, purchasing and production of financial statements for all
programs.
The CFO partners with the President/Chief Executive Officer and the
President of Operations on all tactical matters related to budget
management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing of
new funding. The CFO also serves as the main external and internal
point of contact for finance-related matters including annual financial
audits of CSD financial statements. As a member of the executive
leadership team, the CFO will guide cross-divisional teams among main
program areas, including Relay, Interpreting, Contact Centers, Human
Services and other Emerging Programs, with financial and budget needs.
