Whether you are a beginner, intermediate court interpreter, or a Deaf interpreter, these workshops are for you! Come and get to the heart of the concepts behind Legalese, the specialized and technical language of the legal profession, and learn how you can interpret Legalese into meaningful, culturally appropriate ASL concepts! You will have an opportunity to develop interpretation of legalese and relevant case laws that are brought up during criminal proceedings.
