Focus group for Deaf native ASL users

Austin Community College’s Department of ASL and Interpreter Training and the Gallaudet University Regional Center of the Southwest is working in collaboration with the University of California San Diego Cancer Center.

The UCSD is working on documenting ASL signs used for oncology. They are looking for Deaf native ASL users who are familiar with oncology, hospice or are cancer survivors to participate in a focus group.

This focus group will meet on February 15, 2013 from 8am to 5pm to discuss cancer related ASL signs. You will be paid for your participation!
