Also on the sidebar is a list of camps for D/HH kids that members have sent us or we have found out about through word of mouth. No affiliation, just a starting place for some summer fun! Please research each one you are interested in to see if it is a good fit for your child.

Family Bowling Fun in Denton

a casual opportunity for families of deaf and hard of hearing children in the Denton region to meet each other and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with their kids of all ages. Four lanes will be provided at the Brunswick Zone in Denton. (Shoe rental not included.)

You will receive information on the differences between the IFSP and the IEP, as well as strategies and tools unique to children who are deaf or hard of hearing. This will help you to become an integral, contributing team member for this important transition in your child’s life.
