Texas Health and Human Services Commission: ASL VRI Services Survey

Texas Health and Human Services Commission: ASL VRI Services Survey

We want your opinion on American Sign Language video remote interpreter services.

Texas Health and Human Services Commission is considering using an ASL video remote interpreter service in benefit eligibility offices. We’d like to know how deaf and hard of hearing individuals feel about these remote interpreter services.

If you have used an ASL video remote interpreter service in the past year, we ask that you take this brief survey about the services. The survey shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete. You can find the survey here:

The survey will be available until August 1, 2014.

Thank you for your input!
