This is an annual event sponsored by many of our valuable contributors.  The event is FREE to all participants. The purpose of this event is to promote an opportunity to  all deaf/Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, Deaf Autism, Child of Deaf Adults, Child of Interpreters, and kids that involves in the deaf communities area where the focus is on them to enjoy fun day of fishing. It is important to educate the knowledge of how to fish, hook and reel. The skills can be taught by their parents, guardians or being trained by our own HBCD Bass Anglers who are the expert in fishing that day. It is a “tournament” where they can catch a lot of fish regardless of the size and have it weigh in and be awarded prizes.

HBCD will be providing 3 age categories of 2-6 / 7-14 / 15-17 years old.  Awards will be given as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each age categories.  Lunch will be served as well. Important is for everyone to have FUN!  HBCD Bass Anglers believe the kids are of importance because they can develop and bond to the idea of being an expert in the fishing role as they will one day be involved in  future tournament.
