Our group does meet EVERY Monday through August 10 for this cycle.
Each week there is video with grief recovery experts, small group discussion, and participants receive a workbook to do their personal grief work toward healing.

There are others who have been on this journey. Let them walk with you. Over the last two weeks we’ve learned together about how to keep growing through this painful grief journey and how to keep from getting stuck in grief. We’ve also looked at some basic lessons learned so far in our journey.
Participants will continue to consider their own unique grief journey with the workbook exercises that help them identify the lessons in their personal journey.
NEXT WEEK, July 27, we will continue this review of deeper lessons learned:
… Who you are, now that your loved one is gone (discovering your identity and interests)
… Why no one grieves perfectly (there’s no ‘one size fits all’ manual!–it’s unique for you)
… What grief can teach you about relationships (learning to value precious time)
