Helping Educate to Advance the Rights of Deaf communities (HEARD) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that promotes equal access to the legal system for Deaf/disabled defendants, incarcerated & returning individuals across the nation.

Please come to this workshop and learn more about the following topics:

– Know Your Rights
– Police & Court Interactions
– Access during Arrests, Incarceration, & Reentry
– Deaf Wrongful Arrests & Wrongful Convictions
– HEARD Texas Chapter Establishment
– & Much More!

The CAAG’s Resource Specialist Program is funded by the Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services under Texas Health and Human Services.
