Good News for Senior Deaf Texans!

DEAF, inc. at Westchester Plaza Assisted Living in Fort Worth, with the help
of our building owners, WGH Heritage, Inc., has spent the last 2 years
renovating and moving all of Deaf and Deaf/Blind Residents to our NEW
FACILITY.

All DEAF, inc. Residents are now living in our new facility:

DEAF, inc. at Heritage Square Assisted Living
500 South Beach Street
Fort Worth, Texas 76105

The building has 4 different halls with resident apartments, but only 3 had
been ADA wired and renovated. We are currently FULL.

But the GOOD NEWS is renovation is now started on the 4th resident apartment
hall. DEAF, inc. at Heritage Square Assisted Living will have spaces for 18
– 20 NEW RESIDENTS! This includes One and Two – Bedroom apartments.

DEAF, inc. is currently ready to accept new applications for Heritage Square
Assisted Living. If YOU or any Deaf or Deaf/Blind Senior Citizen you
know needs Assisted Living, please contact us, and we will be happy to talk
with you about how you can move to DEAF, inc. at Heritage Square in Fort
Worth.

There are 2 ways you can become a resident:

1. Private Pay
2. Apply for the state Medicaid Star Plus Program for financial assistance.

If you are already qualified for Medicaid and have medical, health problems,
you will be able to move in quickly.
