Strong Language does not just entail what we call ‘curse words’.  Strong language also includes truthful, direct language in the fields of medicine, law, civil services, and education. This workshop is geared to handle emotionally charged situations in those interpreting environments, as well as vocabulary and jargon related to those fields.  This workshop is geared toward students of the interpreting profession and newer interpreters.

*Membership of any local chapter, TSID, or professional interpreter organization is accepted.
