DALLAS — A 19-year-old man has confessed to the rape of a 13-year-old hearing-impaired girl, according to arrest affidavit obtained by News 8.

Jarvis Fisher of Dallas is being held in the Dallas County Jail on a charge of aggravated sexual assault.

Police are looking for a second suspect, 20-year-old Lucas Martin, in connection with the rape.

Martin is a black male, 5-foot-10, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Police have asked anyone who sees Martin or know of his whereabouts to call 911.

Authorities and the girl’s mother said she had gone to Sand Springs Park with a cousin ?on Tuesday evening.

The cousin left her alone in the park; that’s when Fisher and another man approached her.

Police documents state that the girl could not communicate with the men because of her deafness, but she was able to text with them using cell phones. They asked her to leave and have sex with them, the records state.

“She told them no,” the documents say.

The girl then walked with the men to a house and they went into a garage where authorities say both men raped her.

The victim dropped her phone in the garage, the records state.? Fisher’s mother gave police written consent to search the home, the documents state. Fisher told police that the phone could be found behind a couch pillow.

The victim’s mother, who spoke exclusively to News 8, said Fisher was an acquaintance of her boyfriend.

She said her daughter had met Fisher the day before. The other man was a stranger.

Fisher was taken into custody about 7 p.m. Wednesday.
