I am a volunteer with Helping Educate to Advance the Rights of the Deaf (HEARD). Our volunteers from Louisiana are asking for assistance in passing this brief survey around to all your contacts who might be able to add useful information to create a Reentry Program exclusively for DDBDDHH persons. Our goal is to provide equal reentry opportunities for those in prison and those returning to our communities.
