The workshop will be “Professionalism & Ethics from Stakeholders’ Perspectives.” Various hiring entities, interpreters, and consumers will give their perspectives on the state of professionalism in the interpreting profession. Current issues and hot topics revolving around professionalism in interpreting will be discussed including social media and its impact on our work.
