Adam Skelton is an advocacy service specialist at Deaf Action Center and delivers essential information relating to communication accessibility for the Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing communities and working toward equal communication access for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Adam will offer some recommendations to resolve some medical interpreter situations as such “live interpreter,” VRI, and frustrations with VRI, You won’t want to miss this important workshop!
