Free Training to be a SSP\/Interpreter for Deafblind Awareness Conference –

Are you interested in working in a paid position an Interpreter and\/or as a
\nSSP for the Deafblind Awareness Conference on June 11 \u2013 13, 2010 in San
\nMarcos? Deaf people can be SSPs too!<\/p>\n

Attend the Training for Interpreters and SSPs on Saturday, May 1 from 9:00
\nam to 5:00 pm. The training will be led by Nancy Riley, Kristin Lund along
\nwith Kris Cue’ and Kim Powers-Smith.<\/p>\n

There will also be a panel of consumers with various communication needs who
\nwill share their personal experiences as well as training on guiding
\ntechniques.<\/p>\n

The DEADLINE for registering with Lucinda Reyna is Thursday, April 29, so
