I believe!  Do you believe?\u201d  When the Leadership Fort<br \/>\nWorth Project Team heard these words boom from the cast members of \u201cDistrict<br \/>\nXI &#8211; Believe in Me!,\u201d they immediately knew this was an important production<br \/>\nfor adults and children to see and experience. They also understood why Kids<br \/>\nWho Care wanted to give a special performance for the community, business<br \/>\nand educational leaders &#8211; to say thank you for their many years of support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Kids Who Care Inc is a musical theatre located in the Fort Worth Community<br \/>\nArts Center.  It began in 1987.  Founding Director Deborah Jung was inspired<br \/>\nin 1986 as 1500 children, from around the world, performed a finale at New<br \/>\nYork\u2019s Madison Square Garden. One of her first productions was \u201cFree to Be a<br \/>\nFamily\u201d by Marlo Thomas with children from around the Dallas-Fort Worth<br \/>\narea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Since 1989, over 200,000 children from around the United States and from<br \/>\ncountries like Italy, Indonesia, Israel, Germany, Latvia, Switzerland and<br \/>\nSpain have discovered, explored and developed their talents in the<br \/>\nyear-round programs of Kids Who Care.  Since 1990, Kids Who care has<br \/>\nproduced and toured 19 musicals nationally and internationally, written by<br \/>\nTexas playwrights and songwriters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">With community, business and educational support, Kids Who Care has provided<br \/>\nmore than $800,000 in Hope Scholarships, including children who are deaf and<br \/>\nhard of hearing.  Kids Who Care has supported organizations like Make A Wish<br \/>\nFoundation and Cook\u2019s Children\u2019s Hospital, and has participated in special<br \/>\nceremonies like the Special Olympics opening day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There is much to celebrate in an organization, which began in the basement<br \/>\nof a Fort Worth church.  Leadership Fort Worth and Kids Who Care invite you<br \/>\nto join us for an evening of celebration on Friday, May 7, 2010, for the<br \/>\nAppreciation Reception at 6:30 PM, followed by the last performance of Kids<br \/>\nWho Care\u2019s original musical, \u201cDistrict XI &#8211; Believe in Me!\u201d at 7:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Join us for a fun-filled evening. \u00a0<strong>Sign language interpreters will be<br \/>\nprovided. <\/strong> Tickets for the performance are available:  Adults are $18.<br \/>\nChildren are $15.
