Participants will learn about establishing rates,<br \/>\npolicies, customer service and more.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Scripts &#8211; Ever wished you had a &#8220;Book of Scripts&#8221; for those sticky<br \/>\ninterpreting situations?
