Tell The NAD About Your Experience With Social Security<\/strong><\/p>\n

The National Association of the Deaf (NAD) wants to know about your
\nexperience with the Social Security Administration (SSA). Your answers will
\nhelp the NAD understand how deaf and hard of hearing people communicate with
\nthe SSA.<\/p>\n

If you get or have gotten SSI or SSDI benefits, please fill out this survey.
\nYour information will help the NAD advocate for improved social security
\naccess by deaf and hard of hearing people. This survey will be available
\nuntil June 15, 2010.<\/p>\n
