Anna Ruth Hill<\/strong><\/p>\n

09\/20\/1943 – 06\/30\/2010<\/p>\n

Anna Ruth Haskin Hill, wife of Leslie C. Hill, 66, of Mathis, Texas passed
\naway June 30, 2010 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born September 20,
\n1943 to George Hamilton and Bessie (Benes) Haskins in Houston, Texas. She
\nlived most of her life in the Houston area. Anna was of the Christian faith.
\nShe was always joyful, independent and supportive. Anna loved her garden,
\nwas a great cook and a natural teacher.<\/p>\n

She is survived by her loving husband, Leslie C. Hill of Mathis, Texas;
\nsister, Louise Wisley of Pearland, Texas; brother, John Hamilton Haskins of
\nCambridge, Minnesota; nieces and nephews, Janice Bradley, Gene Wisley, Linda
\nStewart, Kathy Stratton, Dave Haskins, Steve Haskins and Dan Haskins; and
\nmany other relatives and friends.<\/p>\n

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 6:00 P.M.
\nto 8:00 P.M. on Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home
\nParlor, 311 N. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546.<\/p>\n

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.
\nat the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Gena Davis
\nofficiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in honor of
\nAnna R. Hill to The Center for Hearing and Speech, 3636 West Dallas,
\nHouston, Texas 77019,\u00a0http:\/\/www.centerhearingandspeech.org<\/a><\/p>\n
