A Message from the President of the Dallas Association of the Deaf (DAD):<\/p>\n
Hello DAD members and friends!<\/p>\n
We will have our first General Meeting on Jan 26, this Friday evening, at 7:00pm. I hope everyone can attend. <\/p>\n
For those of you, who are not members yet, do join! It is only ten dollars, per year, for Active members. An Associate membership is five dollars, for the year.<\/p>\n
Also, this Saturday evening, Jan 27th, at 8:30 pm, we will have CINGO. Do come an hour early to mingle with everybody!. The admission is: $10.00 to play and $5.00 if not wish to play. And Dallas- Ft. Worth Area Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services will sell either food or just desserts during CINGO.<\/p>\n
(Note: members of DAD will received their CINGO prize in full while non-members only get 50%) <\/p>\n
Also the CINGO committee just met and they have something really EXICITING to announce which you WILL LOVE to hear about!<\/p>\n
Another announcement:
\nThis Sunday, Jan 28, at 1:00 pm, the Dallas Bass Anglers of the Deaf (DBAD) will have their Banquet and serve grilled turkey. Doors will open at 12:30pm. It is $8.00 per plate for adults. For children under 12, $4.00, per plate.<\/p>\n
