\nDallas, Texas 75219<\/p>\n

BELIEVE ME IT WILL BE THE MOST EXCITING EVENT YOU COULD WATCH THE
\nINDIVIDUALS RECEIVING THE AWARDS.<\/p>\n

Hors d’oeuvre will be served at 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Happy Hour: 6:30 to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n

Program will start at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n

Dr. Bobbie Beth Scoggins, a currently president of National Association of
\nthe Deaf (NAD), will be a dynamic guest speaker.<\/p>\n

Mack Harris of Fort Worth will play a role as a toastmaster throughout the
\nhour of program. He is a vice president of Deaf Seniors of America (DSA).<\/p>\n

A woman and a man will be selected by the DAD officials as “Man of the Year”
\nand “Woman of the Year”.<\/p>\n

The life-time membership cards will be presented to the faithful individuals
\nwho deserve their merits the way since the day the Deaf community purchased
\na property in 1973, have helped making DAD a successful organization.<\/p>\n

The Appreciation Awards will be presented to the volunteers who did their
\nuntiring works at DAD. DAD is a new makeover.<\/p>\n

Donations to DAD in memory of his\/her loved ones, the plates will be
\nengraved on a plaque.<\/p>\n

The individuals who donate large sums to DAD, their plates will be engraved
\non a tree shape wood plaque.<\/p>\n

Following the awards, there will be a brief ceremony honoring the legendary
\nRobert Wood who had been dedicated his life to DAD. His plaque will be
\nscrewed at the wall in the admission area.<\/p>\n

$15.00 per person.<\/p>\n

Attire: casual (no short, please)<\/p>\n

The voice interpreter will be provided by the Awards Committee for the
\nhearing people who attend the event.<\/p>\n
