We remember our losses and remember what<br \/>\nendures. For this year\u2019s longest night year, the performers of Winter<br \/>\nSolsticCelebration create a sweeping tribute to John Lennon on the 30th<br \/>\nanniversary of his death.<\/p>\n<p>The two-hour Solstice Service showcases music, dance, poetry, ceremony,<br \/>\nsong, circus arts, storytelling, magic and participatory movement to convey<br \/>\nthe concepts that John Lennon and the Beatles championed such as peace,<br \/>\nlove, transcendence, creativity and understanding to create a deeply moving<br \/>\njourney. An exuberant Magical Mystery Tour themed opening ceremony<br \/>\nintegrates song, spectacle, circus arts and large props.<\/p>\n<p>Before and after the two-hour Solstice Service, a Yule Fest regales with<br \/>\nlive music, roving characters, and photos with Father Winter. At the Peace<br \/>\nZone, learn how to Imagine Peace all year long and sign up for tours of the<br \/>\nInterfaith Peace Chapel.<\/p>\n<p>Bring donations of canned meat, fish and saltine crackers, plus winterwear<br \/>\nitems, for the Cathedral of Hope assistance programs. After the Solstice<br \/>\nService, the Yule Fest continues and snack food is shared as a community<br \/>\nrepast.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Signed for the deaf.
