WorkReady is hiring an Employment Specialist to locate employment
\nopportunities for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing, and to
\nassist them to obtain and retain long-term employment.<\/p>\n

Applicants MUST HAVE a Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field
\n(Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc), AND one year of documented
\nprofessional experience providing services to people with disabilities or
\nThree years of documented professional experience providing services to
\npeople with disabilities<\/p>\n

In addition, applicants MUST be fluent in English and American Sign Language<\/p>\n

We are hiring for areas in Fort Worth and Arlington (Tarrant County), and
\nwill only consider candidates who live in close proximity to these areas.<\/p>\n

In addition to an annual base pay of $15,200, compensation is provided to
\nassist with mileage and cell phone expense. Commissions are paid based on
\nobtaining successful placements of consumers. Employment Specialists who
\nsuccessfully place and support an average of 1 – 2 consumers per month
\nthrough case closure earn from $31,000 – $48,000 annually<\/p>\n
