SSI is Changing. CBA is Changing. Medicaid is Changing.<\/p>\n

If you get Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or get services from
\nCommunity-Based Alternatives (CBA), your health plan will change. If you get
\nMedicaid, your health plan MAY change. You will get a new plan under the
\nTexas STAR+PLUS program.<\/p>\n

Area Agency on Aging will explain STAR+PLUS at Goodrich Center for the Deaf
\nin Fort Worth. Come and learn what it means to you. People there will help
\nyou understand your choices and enroll in the plan you choose. Interpreters
\nwill be provided.<\/p>\n
