Deaf Saturday Night Live Worship – This Saturday<\/p>\n

“Twelve-Eleven-Ten”<\/p>\n

Come and Celebrate Christ’s Birth!<\/p>\n

Who & What? Deaf Saturday Night Live Worship invites the Deaf community to
\ncome for an evening of “Celebration and Thanksgiving”.<\/p>\n

Where & When? The Potter’s House on Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 5pm to
\n8pm. The address is 6777 W Kiest Blvd Dallas, Texas 75236.<\/p>\n

This worship celebration is for, by and with the Deaf! Led by Dallas and
\nFort Worth area Deaf ministries, fellowships and churches. For the past five
\nyears, DSNL Worship has been gathering together those who are Deaf, hard of
\nhearing, Deaf-Blind and hearing friends & family of the Deaf to fellowship,
\neat (free!) and worship together. No matter your color, culture, language,
\nchurch (or non-church), you are welcome to see what God in Christ is doing
\nthrough the gift of sign language and the Deaf community.<\/p>\n

We serve a meal from 5pm to 5:30pm. We mix to meet new people, and then
\nworship in songs, skits, testimonies and prayer. We end at 8pm. At our last
\nDSNL Worship on August 21, Rev. Tom Hudspeth, pastor of the Deaf at Lovers
\nLane UMC, preached as we hosted 226 people from different churches, and
\nthose without a church or just looking to see what’s going on.<\/p>\n

On December 11, we will welcome Bro. Daniel Cochran, a Deaf Evangelist, to
\npreach the Word. Daniel grew up in Virginia\/Washington D.C. area and moved
\nto Dallas a year ago with his new bride, Allie. Daniel assists the Deaf
\nministry at the Family Cathedral of Praise in Mesquite, Texas and will be
\npreaching at the River of Life Deaf Family Retreat next April.<\/p>\n

Our skits, testimonies & songs relate to giving thanks to God and
\ncelebrating how God has blessed our lives and the Deaf community. (We now
\nhave a full evening planned – additional skits or testimonies will be
\naccepted only if there is a cancellation by another ministry or individual).

\nindividuals and ministries from around the North Texas area, and have had
\npeople from Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Waco, and Tyler visit DSNL
