CAMELOT will be interpreted for the deaf and hearing impaired by TCC
\nPracticum students Angela Moody and Rachel Renfro on Tuesday January 11,
\n2011.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Production Runs January 1 through January 29, 2011<\/p>\n

CAMELOT is the legendary story of King Arthur, Guenevere, Lancelot, The
\nKnights of the Round Table, Mordred, and Merlyn. It is a tale with
\nenchantments, knights, fate, fair maidens, passion, betrayal, romance,
\nredemption, hope, forgiveness, idealism, and higher purpose. Some of the
\nenchanting musical numbers by Lerner and Loewe include The Simple Joys of
\nMaidenhood, The Lusty Month of May, How Handle a Woman, I Loved You Once in
\nSilence, If Ever I would Leave You, and What Do the Simple Folk Do?. In the
\nend it is twelve-year-old Tom of Warwick who tells the world of Camelot’s
\nquest for right and honor and justice.<\/p>\n

Hurst, Texas, December 12, 2010 \u2013 Artisan Center Theater proudly presents
\nCAMELOT at its 150 seat theater-in-the-round. The theater is located in the
\nold historic Belaire Plaza at 420 East Pipeline Road. The daytime box office
\nis located at 418 East Pipeline Road. The show runs Saturday January 1
\nthrough Saturday January 29, 2011. Performances are at 7:30pm on Monday,
\nTuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with 3 pm matinees on Saturdays 1\/8,
\n1\/15, 1\/22, 1\/29\/2011. Reserved seating tickets are $16.00 for adults,
\n$14.00 for students and seniors, and $9.00 for children 12 and under. Monday
\nthrough Thursday tickets are $12.00. The box office number is 817-284-1200.

NEW YEAR’S EVE \u2013 A \u201cKNIGHT\u201d TO REMEMBER
\nArtisan throwing a special New Year’s Eve Party. It will starting at 7:30pm
\nDecember 31, 2010. There will be good food, socializing, music, dancing, a
\nspecial presentation of CAMELOT, a costume prize for the best medieval
\ncostume, and a countdown to the new year. The theme will be \u201cA Knight to
\nRemember\u201d. Cost will be $30.00 per person. Early reservations recommended.<\/p>\n

The Director:
\nDennis Canright has been an active participant both on stage and off at
\nArtisan for the last four seasons. Audiences may remember Dennis on stage in
\nSMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN, THE ARK, THE MUSIC MAN, and THE FORGOTTEN CAROLS.
\nDennis has also directed OKLAHOMA, CINDERELLA, WEST SIDE STORY, and most
\nrecently TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD for Artisan. A jack of all trades and master
\nof none, Dennis splits his time between Artisan Center Theater and his day
\njob as Master Carpenter for Uptown Players in Dallas, and is also official
\nSet Designer for The Column Awards. A multiple Column Award nominee and
\nwinner, Dennis was honored with four nominations this past year, two for his
\ndirection and scenic design (with Jason Leyva) for WEST SIDE STORY, at
\nArtisan, the latter of which he and Jason won!<\/p>\n
