Texas Parent to Parent (www.txp2p.org) is hosting a peer support training in San Antonio on March 3rd at “Any Baby Can” 217 Howard Street. <\/p>\n
Texas Parent to Parent serves parents with children with disabilities, chronic illness, and other special needs and is now expanding the program to specifically address parents of children with a hearing loss. If you are a parent with a deaf or hard of hearing child and are interested in participating – please call 866-896-6001 and register for the class. <\/p>\n
We provide free childcare and lots of food throughout the day! Once you are trained you can help provide support to new parents simply through a few phone calls or emails. Here is a great opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with other parents and provide an invaluable service! <\/p>\n
