Come Join us for a night of elegance, decadence and artistry at Austin\u2019s
\nDoubleTree Hotel Phoenix Central Ballroom. Complete with a cash bar,
\nentertainment, event photographers, delicious cajun foods and desserts!<\/p>\n

What to wear??
\nLadies wear a formal gown and Gentlemen wear either black suit\/tie or a
\ntuxedo.
\nWear a mask to conceal your identity.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s on the Menu??
\nField greens with red onion & spicy pecans served with blue cheese crumbles
\nand a choice of dressing.
\nBlackened Catfish Diane, Blackened Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper Cream,
\nChicken and Sausage Gumbo and Shrimp Creole\u2026.MMM!<\/p>\n

Desserts will be Dulce De Leche Cheesecake & Ultimate Chocolate Cake and
\nChocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
\nWe may add Italian Lemon Cream Cake or Baklava Cake.<\/p>\n

We will provide a cash bar for alcoholic beverages. Guests have to be at
\nleast 21 years old.<\/p>\n

How much does it cost?
\nTickets are on sale now! $50 per person, $95 per couple before February 19,
\n2011.
\nThe tickets will go up to $75 per person, $135 per couple after February 19,
\n2011.<\/p>\n
