Call for Volunteers<\/p>\n

As many of you know, TSID will be having their 2011 statewide conference
\nhere in Corpus Christi this summer. The Corpus Christi Interpreters for the
\nDeaf (CCID) is the host for this conference. As hosts, we are responsible
\nfor much of the conference organization and management.<\/p>\n

It takes many people, working together, to make an event like this happen.
\nWe are looking for capable individuals to volunteer during the main
\nconference, June 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th. We need people like you to be
\nrunners, introduce workshop speakers, monitor conference rooms, and hand out
\nCEU stickers at the conclusion of each workshop. While not difficult tasks,
\nthese are important areas that we need help covering. If you or someone you
\nknow would be interested in volunteering your time at this year\u2019s conference
\nplease sign up or contact us so that we may add your name to our list.<\/p>\n

Let us know what dates and times you are willing to help. We ask that you
\nsign up for a minimum of a 1 hour time block but would welcome all the time
\nyou can spare. You will be able to attend the workshop you monitor so you
\nwon\u2019t miss out on any of the information. Let us know if there is a
\nworkshop or presenter that you would like to work with and we will try to
\naccommodate your request. We are all excited about the upcoming conference
\nand hope that you will be a part of it.<\/p>\n
