To the best of my knowledge, we have not yet hired or employed a &#8220;challenged&#8221; individual, of any type, as an independent sales associate. I do not in fact know if a deaf person is able to enter the work force as a sales person, but if so, we would be open to consider this option.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, perhaps you might know of other challenged organizations in Austin that have individuals who are able to persue a career in sales, to whom you might refer me?
