The annual event is the perfect opportunity to introduce your friends and
\nfamily to the many worlds of wonder available at your local comic book
\nstore. From super-heroes to slice-of-life to action\/adventure and beyond,
\nFree Comic Book Day has a comic book for everyone!<\/p>\n

One of the goals of Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is to reach out to those
\nindividuals unfamiliar with the comics specialty market, not to mention a
\ncomic book shop. So, every year those behind Free Comic Book Day launch a
\nmassive promotional campaign that heralds the event and spreads the good
\nword of comics to potential readers everywhere.<\/p>\n
