A new ADA settlement agreement with Wells Fargo & Company has been to
\nADA.gov, and the agreement is now available.<\/p>\n

The Justice Department announced today a comprehensive settlement agreement
\nunder the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with Wells Fargo & Company
\nto ensure equal access for individuals with disabilities to Wells Fargo\u2019s
\nservices nationwide, including its nearly 10,000 retail banking, brokerage
\nand mortgage stores, over 12,000 ATMs, and its telephone and website
\nservices.<\/p>\n
